- Day 1Ljubljana arrival, welcome dinner and introduction to Slovenian wines.
- Day 2Vipava or Brda: small wineries and a countryside lunch.
- Day 3Transfer to Zagreb; Plešivica tasting en route or the following morning.
- Day 4Plešivica: boutique sparkling wines, vineyard views and a local meal.
- Day 5Zagreb - Istria via Motovun/Grožnjan, with truffle/olive/wine introductions.
