1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Corvia Stay website (corviastay.com) and all booking enquiries and reservations made through or with Corvia Stay. By using our website or making a booking, you agree to these terms.

2. Booking Process

All bookings are made directly with Corvia Stay. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from us (via email or WhatsApp) and payment of the agreed deposit or full amount.

We reserve the right to decline any booking at our discretion, for example due to availability or misrepresentation of guest numbers.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are displayed in EUR and are per night unless stated otherwise
• Prices do not include tourist tax unless explicitly stated
• A deposit (typically 30–50%) is required to confirm a booking
• The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival, unless otherwise agreed
• Payment methods: bank transfer, cash, or methods agreed in writing

4. Cancellations & Modifications

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for full details. In summary:

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing
• Refunds depend on the notice period given
• Modification requests are subject to availability and may affect pricing

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for:

• Treating the property and its contents with care
• Respecting house rules (quiet hours, smoking, pets, occupancy limits)
• Reporting any damage promptly
• Leaving the property in a reasonable state upon check-out

Guests may be held liable for damage caused during their stay.

6. Our Liability

Corvia Stay acts as an agent for property owners and as a direct service provider. We take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of all listings. However, we cannot be held liable for:

• Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions)
• Technical failures of third-party platforms
• Loss of personal belongings during a stay

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos and design — is the property of Corvia Stay and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Croatian courts.
