Cookies

The website stores technical preferences such as your language and cookie choice. Necessary storage supports website operation. Optional analytics or marketing technologies, if enabled, require a separate choice; simply browsing the website is not consent to them.

Contact Forms and Email

Contact, property management, partnership, accommodation and service enquiries are stored in Corvia’s private database hosted by Cloudflare. Notifications containing the information you submit are sent through Resend to info@corviastay.com, our business mailbox hosted by Lark. Our team uses this information to respond to your enquiry. Notifications include your email as the reply address; submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to reduce automated spam. When you submit a form, your browser connects to Cloudflare’s challenge service, which processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details. The server also checks for automated form filling and limits repeated submissions. Corvia stores time-limited, hashed rate-limit identifiers rather than raw IP addresses in these form rate-limit records. Delivery records track whether a notification was accepted, delivered, delayed or rejected; acceptance by the mailbox server does not establish that it appeared in the Inbox folder.

Location Maps

Property maps load from Google Maps only after you select “Show map”. Loading the map connects your browser to Google, which receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details and may use cookies under its own privacy policy. You can close the embedded map at any time. Opening map or directions links takes you to Google's service.

Google Privacy Policy

AI Assistant

Messages you send to the on-site AI assistant and recent conversation context are processed through a contracted cloud AI service to generate a reply. The website keeps the conversation in the current page session and does not save it in Corvia’s chat database. Service providers may process technical logs under their own applicable terms. Please do not send payment details, identity documents, passwords or sensitive personal information. The assistant cannot confirm reservations; the Corvia team confirms availability, prices and terms.
