- Day 3Vipava or Brda: small wineries and a countryside lunch.
- Day 4Vipava - Istria via GroĹľnjan/Motovun and inland landscapes.
- Day 5Istria: truffles, olive oil or wine with selected local producers.
- Day 6Istria - Rastoke: inland scenery and the waterfall village.
- Day 7Rastoke/Plitvice area - Ĺ ibenik, with Krka or a hinterland option.
