The 30 m² studio in a new, modern building has a large double bed, air conditioning, free WiFi, a flat-screen cable TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The private bathroom has a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. The private balcony is ideal for a morning coffee or unwinding after a day exploring Dubrovnik. Free private parking in a garage is available on site – a real advantage in Dubrovnik. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, beaches and the Lapad promenade are all within walking distance, and a bus stop is right nearby. The Old Town and Pile Gate (3.2 km) are a short bus ride or drive away. Dubrovnik Airport is 20 km away, and a paid airport transfer can be arranged.
