Welcome to Villa Prisca, a family-friendly villa with a private swimming pool in the peaceful countryside of Istria, just a short drive from the charming town of Labin and the beaches of Rabac. Designed for families and groups of up to six guests, it combines comfort, privacy and authentic Mediterranean charm. The 112 m² villa has three bedrooms (two with a large double bed and one with two single beds), one bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a bright living room with a satellite flat-screen TV. Air conditioning, a washing machine, bed linen and towels, free WiFi and free private on-site parking are included. Outside there is a seasonal private pool with sun loungers, a covered dining terrace overlooking the pool, a barbecue, a large garden and a children's playground, plus a hot tub. The villa is an ideal base for exploring Labin's old town, Rabac's beaches, local wineries and olive oil producers, hilltop villages and cycling trails. The property is managed by Corvia Hospitality.
Villa Prisca is in Nedešćina, inland from the Labin and Rabac area. Plan outings to the coast using the property’s exact location.

Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00 – please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out by 10:00. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is payable in cash on arrival and returned after the property has been inspected. Children of all ages are welcome. Cots for children aged 0–6 are free on request, subject to availability. Extra beds are not available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Parties, hen and stag parties are not allowed.
