Villa SaLu is a spacious 220 m² villa in the small town of Pobri, only two kilometres from Opatija, on the border between Kvarner and the mountainous part of Croatia. It features a private seasonal outdoor pool with pool view, a sauna, a fitness area, a balcony, a sea-view terrace and a barbecue. The air-conditioned villa sleeps up to 6 guests in three bedrooms, each with a large double bed, and has four bathrooms with a bath or shower. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, a dining area, a satellite flat-screen TV, a washing machine, heating, bed linen and towels. Check-in from 16:00 to 18:00 – please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out by 10:00. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 08:00. The minimum check-in age is 25. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is payable in cash on arrival and returned after the property has been inspected. Children of all ages are welcome. A cot for children aged 0–3 is available on request for €10 per child per night, payable at the property, subject to availability. Extra beds are not available. Pets are allowed on request; additional charges may apply. Smoking is not allowed. Parties, hen and stag parties are not allowed.
