Set above the Opatija Riviera in Matulji, Villa Isabel offers a peaceful and elegant stay just minutes from the sea, beaches, restaurants and the centre of Opatija. The villa combines modern comfort, privacy and beautiful sea views – an ideal place for a relaxing holiday in Kvarner. Three apartment types are available: a three-bedroom apartment with sea view (up to 6 guests), a three-bedroom apartment with balcony (up to 6 guests) and a two-bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view (up to 4 guests). The apartments have bright interiors, fully equipped kitchens with a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, stove, coffee machine and kettle, spacious living areas with a cable flat-screen TV, private bathrooms with a shower and free toiletries, air conditioning, heating and WiFi. Selected units have large terraces or balconies with panoramic views over the Kvarner Bay. Guests can use the heated outdoor pool (seasonal) surrounded by greenery, a landscaped garden and a barbecue area. Free private parking is available on site. The location is ideal for exploring the Lungomare promenade and beaches of Opatija, Rijeka, Istria and Učka Nature Park.

Check-in from 16:00 to 22:00 – please let us know your arrival time in advance. Check-out by 10:00. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00. The minimum check-in age is 18; guests under 18 may only check in with a parent or legal guardian. Children of all ages are welcome; children aged 3 and over are charged as adults. Cots and extra beds are not available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed. Parties, hen and stag parties are not allowed.
